1. After opening Eudora, Click on Tools menu ^(view)   and select Options…

2. Select "Personal Info" from the right side of the window.

3. Complete ^(view) the infomation on the screen.
    The personal information should matches your mail account:

Pop Account: username with Incoming and Outgoing (SMTP)
    mail servers:
       Username@mail.iaxs.net if your email address ends with @iaxs.net or
       Username@mail.YourDomain.com if your email address ends with @yourdomain.com.
Real Name: Your name for your reference
Return address: Your actual email address
Mail Server (Incoming):
   If your email address ends with @iaxs.net: pop.iaxs.net
   If your email address ends with @yourdomain.com: mail.YourDomain.com
Login Name: your dial-up account username
SMTP Server (Outgoing):
   If your email address ends with @iaxs.net: smtp.iaxs.net
   If your email address ends with @yourdomain.com: mail.YourDomain.com

4. Click OK.

5. Click the "Check Mail" ^(view) button to test your setup

6. Enter your password when you are prompted.
