Update: Red Condor

As we announced four weeks ago, we are taking another step in transitioning Infinity services to VISI services. On June 15th, the spam filtering for your email address(es) will switch from Postini to Red Condor. We are sending out this reminder to help you prepare for the changeover.

This change applies to all @iaxs.net addresses as well as all VRMA custom domains (e.g. you@yourcompany.com). If you are getting this mail, it applies to your email addresses with us.

As noted in the previous email, the functionality of your spam filtering with Red Condor will be a little different. Red Condor will send you a digest every day (which you can opt-out of) with links to let you log in to your quarantine to approve mail, edit sender lists, and manage your other settings.

One additional change is that catch-all addresses will no longer be available. If you have a VRMA domain with a catch-all, we will be contacting you to work out how best to proceed.
